RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Legal Period

In accordance with consumer law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to withdraw.

2. Procedures

To request a return, you must contact us at the following address: contact@charcosmetics.fr, indicating:

- your order number;
- the products concerned;
- the date of receipt;
- your request: withdrawal, defective product, order error, or other.

We will then inform you of the applicable return procedure.

3. Products Eligible for Return

Products must be returned:

- intact;
- unused;
- undamaged;
- in their complete original packaging;
- accompanied, if possible, by any useful reference allowing the order to be identified.

4. Products Excluded from Return

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, products unsealed after delivery cannot be returned when they can no longer be safely put back on the market.

Unless there is a lack of conformity or an error attributable to SMEL TRADING, the following are notably not returnable:

- opened or unsealed false eyelashes;
- opened cosmetic products;
- glues, applicators, accessories, or any product that has been used, tested, or had its safety seal opened.

5. Return Costs

In case of withdrawal, the direct return costs remain at your expense.

In case of a defective product, non-conformity, or a preparation error attributable to SMEL TRADING, the terms of coverage will be examined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund

After receipt and verification of the return, the refund will be made according to the initial payment method, within the applicable legal deadlines.

SMEL TRADING reserves the right to refuse any refund if the returned product is clearly unfit for resale for a reason other than a defect attributable to the seller.

7. Defective Products or Erroneous Order

If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product from the one ordered, contact us as soon as possible with:

- your order number;
- a precise description;
- clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the anomaly found.
